Our Story

Upasana Yogapeeth was conceived from a deep-seated respect for yoga, spiritual discipline, and the teachings of our Gurus. The idea took root in an ashram, where the founders spent years learning, observing, and absorbing the essence of yoga in its truest form. We established this school with the intention of building a community of like-minded students and aspirants who seek to transform their lives through the wisdom of yoga.

Our founders, with decades of experience in living and teaching the yogic lifestyle, envisioned a sanctuary where students could immerse themselves in the transformative power of yoga. Inspired by their own journeys of discipline, learning, and spiritual growth, they established Upasana Yogapeeth as a place where individuals could come together to learn, share, and grow.

Our Vision

Our vision is to create a community of practitioners who not only learn yoga but live it in every aspect of their lives. We believe that yoga is more than just a practice; it is a way of life that leads to inner peace, mental clarity, and a deeper connection with the world around us.

We aspire to be a beacon for authentic yoga education and holistic well-being, guiding individuals towards self-realization and harmonious living through traditional yogic practices.

Our Mission

Our mission at Upasana Yogapeeth is to guide individuals on their journey of self-discovery and spiritual growth through the practice of yoga. We are committed to providing the highest quality education, rooted in the traditional teachings of yoga, while making it accessible and relevant to the modern practitioner.

We strive to preserve the purity of yogic teachings as passed down by revered masters, integrating them into contemporary life to address the challenges of modern living.

Our Philosophy

At Upasana Yogapeeth, we believe that yoga is all-encompassing, integrating the body, mind, and soul. Our holistic approach emphasizes the importance of purity and simplicity in both mind and body, creating the ideal conditions for spiritual growth and self-realization.

Through the teachings of Jnana Yoga, Karma Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Raja Yoga, and Kundalini Yoga, we guide students towards a deeper understanding of themselves and the universe.
